**** Special Guest for Senior High Week****

Bob Lenz

NATIONAL CHRISTIAN YOUTH COMMUNICATOR

“The most devastating thing I have ever seen is that 60 percent of all youth at some point consider death more appealing than life. I don’t want to see young people cheated out of life.” – Bob Lenz

Considered one of the nation’s top youth speakers, Bob easily connects with his audiences by sharing valuable biblical principles intertwined with stories and personal experiences that help youth deal with real life while re-igniting their faith. He explores sober issues while using his unique gift of humor. His messages of hope, worth, courage and respect ignite an interest in young people and somewhere between the laughing and the crying they realize their lives have been changed.

“Bob, know that you are making an impact! And it’s not just that you are a gifted story-teller, not just that your humor gets through to youth, not just that you articulate clearly what you believe, not just that you relate stories to real-life… it’s who you are. You are sincere, and you sincerely care about people. It shows, and it reaches youth. I know it reached mine.” Greg, Youth Leader – Modesto, CA

Bob Lenz spoke to over 250,000 teens and parents across North America last year through school assembly programs, evangelistic rallies, professional conferences and state or national Church events. School assembly programs are often followed by an evening community outreach where Bob is able to share the Gospel message of grace and the unconditional love of God.

His range of topics include: making positive choices, leadership and self-image, as well as the prevention of gangs and violence, drug and alcohol abuse and suicide. No matter the topic, it is obvious that Bob has an intense passion to reach youth and that his down-to-earth style and genuine concern leave a lasting impression.

“I’ve heard many speeches about God and pretended to accept God, but this is the first time I meant it.”

 Rebecca – Chippewa Falls, WI

“It was like I needed something to keep me going on the right track because I had felt myself slipping with temptation of drugs and alcohol again. It was truly touching and inspirational.” Reagan – Hilliard, OH

In addition to speaking, Bob is the President of Life Promotions - a non-profit youth oriented ministry located in Appleton, Wisconsin with a mission to build bridges to youth through authentic, relevant and relationally-based programs and events. Bob has spoken in 49 states over the past twenty years, and is a member of the National Speakers Association.

During previous engagements, Bob has shared the stage with national Christian recording artists Michael W. Smith, Jars of Clay, DC Talk, Newsboys, Steven Curtis Chapman, Audio Adrenaline, Rebecca St. James, Big Tent Revival, and Petra. He is also a co-author of the book, “Teen Power Through Christ”. In addition to speaking professionally, Bob served as a youth pastor for eight years, was the Director of a counseling center, hosted a Christian radio program, and founded two of Wisconsin’s largest Christian music festivals – Lifest and Power of One. Bob’s formal education came through Teen Challenge Ministry Institute. Although speaking is a great privilege for Bob, his first commitment is to his family. His wife Carol and five children are a source of great joy and unending examples of committed love.
