2010 Meeting and Room Rates

Meeting Space

Group Rates:
Groups utilizing lodging will be allowed one meeting room for each group. If additional meeting areas are requested, they will be at ½ the rate shown.

• Groups up to 50 persons: 1 meeting room provided free
• Groups over 50 persons: 2 meeting rooms provided free

Meeting facility rates are based on the number of nights per stay. Additional nights will receive the meeting rate for "additional days." If no lodging is requested, the "1st day" rate for facilities will be charged for all usage.

Harvey Krueger Retreat Center

•  17 rooms (total capacity of 68)
       * Two bunk beds (each can be separated)
       * Desk and closet space
• One room with a private half-bathroom
• Centrally located restroom and showers in building
• Lounge
• Meeting room (up to 75 people)
• Full kitchen
• Recreation room
       * Foosball
       * Air Hockey
       * Shuffle board  

Dormitory

• 6 rooms (total capacity of 31)
       * 5 rooms with 4 beds each
       * Dorm loft with 11 beds

Group Rates:

• Boat rental for youth groups $3 per person.
   
• Use of Boats and Archery Equipment based on 1 chaperone per 8 youth. No charge for
  the chaperones under this ratio.
